Multi-Candidate Discount Scheme
At Seleta Training and Personnel Services Limited, we recognise the efficiencies that can be achieved when multiple candidates are enrolled and managed within the same organisation. To support employers investing in workforce competence and development, we offer discounted Candidate Management Fees where eligibility criteria are met.
Discount Available
Employers with three (3) or more active candidates enrolled on eligible NVQ programmes may qualify for a:
15% Discount on Candidate Management Fees
The discount is applied to each eligible active candidate and remains available for as long as the eligibility requirements continue to be met.
Eligible Programmes
The discount scheme applies to:
- Level 2 NVQ Programmes
- Level 3 NVQ Programmes
- Level 4 NVQ Programmes
delivered by Seleta TPS Ltd.
What Is an Active Candidate?
An active candidate is someone who:
- Is currently enrolled on an eligible NVQ programme.
- Has not completed their qualification.
- Has not been withdrawn from the programme.
- Continues to actively participate in the qualification process.
Programmes and Services Excluded
The discount does not apply to:
- EOR Programmes or Units
- Stand-alone Units
- Short Courses
- Bespoke Training Programmes
- Consultancy Services
- Registration and Materials Fees
- Observation Fees
- Awarding Organisation Fees
- Travel and Accommodation Costs
- Additional Services or Administration Charges
How the Discount Works
Eligibility is assessed at the time an invoice is issued.
Where an employer has three or more active candidates enrolled on eligible programmes, the applicable Candidate Management Fee will be reduced by 15%.
Maintaining Your Discount
To help us deliver programmes efficiently, we ask employers to:
- Agree reviews within reasonable timescales.
- Support the scheduling of observations.
- Provide access to candidates and workplaces where required.
- Encourage candidates to engage with their programme.
When a Discount May Be Withdrawn
The discount may be withdrawn or suspended if:
- The number of active candidates falls below three.
- Outstanding invoices remain unpaid.
- Programme activities cannot be organised efficiently.
- Candidate engagement levels significantly impact programme delivery.
- The requirements of the Service Agreement are not met.
- Eligibility criteria are no longer satisfied.
Where a discount is withdrawn, the standard Candidate Management Fee will apply from the date specified by Seleta TPS Ltd.
